Deadline for abstract submission: SEPTEMBER 30th, 2021. The deadline will not be extended.
Registration includes:
– Full access to all online scientific activities (Lectures, Posters, Virtual Fair…);
– Certificates of Participation and work presentation.
REGISTRATION FEES – PAYMENT OPTIONS
RESIDENTS IN BRAZIL ONLY: payment can be made by Credit Card or Bank Slip, in up to 2 installments. By Debit Card – only one installment.
NON RESIDENTS IN BRAZIL: payment can be made by credit card ou debit card, 01 installment only.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation requests received by OCTOBER 10th, 2021 will be refunded 80% of the amount paid. AFTER OCTOBER 10th, 2021, no refunds will be possible.
LANGUAGE – The official language of the Meeting is English.
SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS WITH POSTER PRESENTATION – FREE REGISTRATION AT 18th NMR MEETING
Students (undergraduate and graduate) with work presentations may apply for support to participate in the event, according to the rules described below:
1) The student must register for the event and submit your abstract. Registration payment should not be made at this time;
2) Send a letter from your supervisor to the email administrativo@auremn.org, justifying why the scholarship should be granted to the student. The subject of the email must be: ADVISOR LETTER FOR STUDENT “STUDENT NAME”/CATEGORY (IC, MSc or DSc);
3) The Scientific Committee will select the abstracts, which will be awarded free registration at the event;
4) Wait for your acceptance letter of work and the approval (or not) of the support for the event;
5) The result will be released by October 10th.
