SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS WITH POSTER PRESENTATION – FREE REGISTRATION AT 18th NMR MEETING
Students (undergraduate and graduate) with work presentations may apply for support to participate in the event, according to the rules described below:
1) The student must register for the event and submit your abstract. Registration payment should not be made at this time;
2) Send a letter from your supervisor to the email administrativo@auremn.org, justifying why the scholarship should be granted to the student. The subject of the email must be: ADVISOR LETTER FOR STUDENT “STUDENT NAME”/CATEGORY (IC, MSc or DSc);
3) The Scientific Committee will select the best works, which will be awarded free registration at the event;
4) Wait for your acceptance letter of work and the approval (or not) of the support for the event;
5) The result will be released by October 10th.
FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION
– Deadline for abstract submission: SEPTEMBER 30th, 2021;
– The deadline will not be extended;
– To submit your abstract, you must be already registered at the Meeting;
– All abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH;
– Each registration allows the submission up to 01 (one) abstract;
– Only 01 (one) author should submit the abstract and all co-authors must be listed at the submission;
– Identify the name of the presenting author and provide his/her email address on the online submission;
– The abstract, including text and image, should occupy the space equivalent to 01 sheet size A4, in simple space (template attached);
– Tables and Figures are allowed, but they must fit into the one-page total length of the abstract. Figures may be provided in color or gray scale;
– E-Posters dimensions (maximum): 0.90m width X 1.20m height.
ATTENTION
ON SUBMITTING YOUR ABSTRACT, ALL AUTHORS MUST BE LISTED. THE CERTIFICATE WILL BE DONE BASED ON THE INFORMATION ON YOUR REGISTRATION. AFTER RELEASED IT CAN NOT BE CHANGED MORE.
MRC/WILEY AWARD – STUDENT’S BEST POSTER
THE 03 BEST POSTERS OF STUDENT presented at the 18th NMR Users Meeting will be awarded with a Certificate from MRC/WILEY, and with the prize of U$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty dollars), to be deposited by the MRC directly in the winners’ account.
Attention: There will be no distinction by student category. The 03 best posters will be awarded, even if the 03 are in the same category (IC, MSc or DSc).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the event, and the Acceptance Letter will be sent within 20 days after receiving the abstract;
2. If you need the Acceptance Letter of your work in advance, please let us know so that we can arrange it (administrativo@auremn.org );
3. After the acceptance of the abstracts, the next step will be the preparation of the e-poster and the recording of the 5-minutes video of your presentation, which should be uploaded into the system, according to the date and instructions to be released soon;
4. Galoá, the company responsible for broadcasting the event, will send the authors of the works a “booklet” with information and instructions for recording the videos and accessing the submission area, for attaching the presentations and uploading of the e-poster;
5. After loading all videos and e-posters in the system, it will be released to the participants, and a Chat will be available for contacts and the exchange of information between authors;
6. The abstract book will be made available before the event, and the Chat will work throughout the Meeting;
7. The shedules of all activities, until the final attachment of the works in the system, will be disclosed in advance, and updated here on our website. Please follow up;
